Terms & Conditions

We are happy to process returns for goods purchased online within 14 days from the date of purchase of the item(s). While the item(s) are in your possession you must take reasonable and appropriate care of them. The goods must be returned in a resaleable, as sold condition. By this we mean:

• You have kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the products can be resold.

• You have not used the product.

• For electronic goods, the item(s) must be returned unopened and unused in its original sealed packaging.

• All returned good are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed back to the same payment method that was used for the original order and will be issued once the goods have been returned to us and checked by a member of staff. Please be aware that we will refund your delivery cost only if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. faulty product or incorrectly shipped).

We are not responsible for any labour or related costs incurred associated with incorrect or faulty parts.

It is possible that the description or image falls short of what the customer considers adequate to describe the items. In that event the customer agrees to request further information as soon as is reasonably possible by e-mail to sales@coachclimate.ie or follow the link to get in touch. The failure of the customer to make such request, either before or after an offer is submitted on this site, shall amount to an acknowledgement by the customer that the description on the site is adequate.

Depending on where your order is being shipped to, your Coach Climate Systems Ltd order may be subject to VAT and Customs Import Duties. Unfortunately, we're unable to predict what these charges will be, and these fees are not included in your order total. Coach Climate Systems Ltd are not liable for any VAT and or customs import duties charges that may occur.
